My team was asked to determine the future vision of Deutsche Bank’s wealth management services, to “touch the future” today.

Through persona development, service mapping end-to-end experiences, and building out a substantial prototype were able to galvanize stakeholders and develop a roadmap to achieve the vision for Deutsche Bank.
