My team worked with MasterCard to understand a more holistic view of the existing MasterPass service, and gather new customer insights with MasterCard’s internal team to design the mobile checkout component of the service.

Principles drive alignment

We worked together with MasterCard to create 7 guiding principles to influence the direction of the MasterPass project. To cut through the overused, inefficient practices and promote innovative environments, a consistent internal user guide is a key foundation on which to base future projects.
