PAYPAL

We worked with PayPal’s Global User Experience Design team to deliver a shared central system that designers could use to access design pattern guidance, images, and assets. It also served as a platform for designers to create, share and update design patterns within a controlled workflow and governance.

Stakeholder alignment

The team featured PayPal stakeholders and designers and our production resource with a project lead assigned on each side. We delivered the project in an Agile framework in weekly sprint cycles with workshops, sprint meetings, and daily communications.

Prototyping

We designed and developed a prototype detailing MVP features, integrating it into a Drupal content management system where we developed a full feature and functionality set. The Pattern Library works across mobile, tablet and desktop and is currently being piloted by PayPal.
